On April 18, 2018, The Central Florida Commission on Homelessness (CFCH) was surprised with a $100,000 grant from Walt Disney World. Having just released the area’s first Tri-County Youth Count Report on April 10, the timing for this grant couldn’t have been better! The money will be used to create a digital ecosystem connecting unaccompanied youth to service providers within Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. CFCH will collaborate with Heart of Florida United Way, Zebra Coalition, Homeless Services Network of Central Florida, and youth providers across the region.

A special thank you to Walt Disney World for your encouragement to collaborate with other organizations on ways to impact our regional system of care for children and young people.
