Committees/Workgroups
Meeting days for each committee varies, usually monthly or bi-monthly.
Technical Expertise Committee (TEC)
Formerly the Planning Committee.
This committee provides the CFCH Managing Board with technical guidance around preventing and ending homelessness in Central Florida. They review system/project-level data, provide feedback to other CFCH committees, recommend system-level strategies for implementation/operations, provide guidance during community crisis and aid in regional cross-sectoral collaboration.

- Lived Experience Council (LEC)
Veterans Committee
This committee advises the CFCH Managing Board on strategies for preventing and ending veteran homelessness. This group is made up of representatives working directly with the homeless veteran subpopulation as well as community advocates.
Youth Work Group
This workgroup is composed of individuals who work with our region’s homeless youth population. They provide the CFCH Managing Board with guidance on matters affecting this sub-population and recommending strategies for properly resourcing youth providers. This group takes the lead on the region’s YHDP application.
HMIS Advisory Committee
This committee is responsible for overseeing the management of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) in support of the Central Florida Commission Homelessness’ effort to document work being done to end homelessness in the region.
