Without the investment of your time, talent, or treasure, we cannot continue to support individuals, families, and youth experiencing homelessness in Central Florida. Continual investment is essential to address the complex needs of those experiencing homelessness.

Get Invested

Individual donations of time or resources are critical to achieve our short-term goals, however, long-term investment is just as essential in order for our community to make homelessness rare, brief and a one-time event. When the Central Florida community invested in piloting the “Housing First” model, we saw significant improvements in the cost to provide services for those experiencing chronic homelessness. As an example, through long-term investment, we have successfully housed 339 chronically homeless individuals through the Housing the First 100 pilot. 96 percent of pilot participants remained housed and 94 percent of pilot participants have maintained or increased their income.
